REFUNDS

 

All paid service session is only eligible for cancellation and refund when the cancellation is sent in via phone call or email at least 24 hours before the booking date.

For instance:

The booking date: 05 Jan 2023

The date eligible for cancellation & refund: Any date before or on 04 Jan 2023

Any late cancellation is subjected to Pampered Massage reviews and decisions. No appeal will be accepted upon the decision being announced to the client via email. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

This refund policy does not apply to gift card purchases. No refund is applicable for all gift card purchases.
