Digital Delivery (Gift Cards)
All gift cards are available to be delivered electronically. Please select digital delivery at checkout, and we will email your digital gift card within 1 business day.
You will need to register an account to use some of the Services available on the Site. In registering an account, you agree to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal data. If you are under 18, you must inform your parents or guardian about Pampered Massage Privacy Policy before registering to use the Site and the Services. We reserve the right to accept orders only from you if you are 18 or over.
Using the Site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you feel or suspect that the security of your account has been compromised or if there is unauthorised use of your account, please get in touch with us immediately.
BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT
You can make a booking through Our Website by choosing a date & time available that is prompted by the booking system.
The range of the date and times available for booking are every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and from 10 am to 6 pm. The availability is first-come-first basis.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that the information you give us when paying for the service is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on the part of Pampered Massage, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information you may give us at any time.
You can pay the full amount online via credit or debit card or pay the full amount during your visit to our store.
The relevant card issuer must authorise all payments by credit or debit card.
Once your booking is accepted and confirmed by Pampered Massage, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by email.
Delivery of Services
All the Services displayed on this website are only deliverable in our physical store located at 2820 S. Alma School RD.#4, Chandler, AZ 85286. You will need to travel in person to visit our store and enjoy the service you have booked.
The duration of the service is based on the selection you have picked during the booking/checkout process. The available durations of the service are sixty (60) minutes, ninety (90) minutes & one hundred and twenty (120) minutes only. Any additional service you could request during the visit, however, is subject to the therapist’s time availability.

All therapists from Pampered Massage only provide non-sexual massage. The therapist can terminate the session at any given time if direct or indirect suggestions place the therapist in an uneasy situation.
